Every project runs through the same four steps, in this order.
I read the data, the product and the people involved before proposing anything.
I write down the rules, the structure and the definition of done.
I build in small steps and check each one against the real product or data.
I compare the result with the goal and fix the process that produced any gap, so it does not repeat.
I started in IT operations in 2022, moved into business analysis and product management, and now build products, websites and AI automations.
On a project I stay past the spec. I write the design system, plan the help center, run the analysis, build the sales playbooks and set up the AI automations, so fewer handoffs are needed.
