The story so far
I started my career in IT operations at Cubix Tech in Kathmandu in October 2022. As IT Supervisor I ran day-to-day operations with cross-functional teams and led a team delivering Microsoft Office solutions, Canva design and R analysis.
In February 2025 I joined Calilio, a cloud phone system for businesses built by Yoddha Lab. I started with business and market analysis: competitive intelligence, pricing questions and the data behind product decisions.
That work grew into product and growth. Today I lead product. I own the roadmap, and I also build the systems around it: the design system, the help center, the revenue analysis, the sales playbooks, the product videos and the AI tooling.
I also build products and websites end to end. I built Chatonics, an AI-assisted customer messaging platform, developed the Yoddha Lab website (opens in a new tab), and built tools such as Competitor Watch, a leads extraction tool, a sales tracker, a content writing automation, a voiceover app and n8n workflow automations.
The thread through all of it is the same: understand the real problem, write the system down, build it, and check that it works.
Principles I work by
Verified beats fast
Nothing is done until it has been checked in the real product, the real data or the real browser.
Systems over one-offs
If I will do something twice, I write the rule, the template or the automation the first time.
Decisions, not decks
Analysis is only useful when it changes what someone does next.
